In the penultimate race of the series, we wanted a good result to extend our lead. Having had a pretty average start thinking we were over we had to play catch up. By the next m,ark we were 4th on the water and closing in the leaders. Having overtaken the faster boats upwind, we were looking good, and leading on the water, however this was not to be. Panache went round the next bouy first and hit the bottom, Kudos bailed out and we went roundf hitting the bottom too!! As no-one could make it round the race was abandoned leaving the series open going into the last race.
