New Year for the Uproar crew [Posted by Kate on Tue 28th Mar 06]

I am bringing you the latest news fom the Uproar crew. Uproar has been out of the water for the past 4 weeks while we have antifouled, burnished and replace the stern gland so she is now ready to go for the year. At present most of the crew are sailing up at Warsash to keep our big boat skills in check and ready for Cork week this year. Charlie is off in the carribean sunning himself whilst earning some money sailing - hard life!!

Sailing starts again on Tuesday 4th April though just very short quick races due to the light which we look forward to and then round the Island in June.
